The six-story building has 55 classrooms, aimed at individual and collective lessons and fifty pianos. Rooms are equipped with tools according to their specific requirements, bearing the necessary musical instruments for studying, practicing and classes.
In 2012, EMESP opened the Piano Lab, totally equipped with Roland digital pianos and available for collective practice. The school also has the Zequinha de Abreu Auditorium, located on the ground floor and with 85 seats to accommodate recitals, performances, lectures, master classes and workshops.
EMESP Tom Jobim has a recording studio, attached to the auditorium, available for audio-visual recording of the pedagogic and musical activities of the students, teachers and guests. The collection of the studio is available for EMESP students and teachers upon request to be made to the production staff.
